When housing that's on the lowest run of the American Dream is being devoured by the wealthiest of the wealthy, whose dream are we serving? A DECENT HOME addresses urgent issues of class and economic (im)mobility through the lives of mobile home park residents who can't afford housing anywhere else.
Join us for the in-person return of the Big Sky Documentary Film Festival on Friday, February 18th at The Wilma followed by a special Q&A conversation with filmmaker Sara Terry. Opening night is a ticketed event in 2022, reservations are required to attend and seating will be limited. Tickets on sale Monday, January 31! Announcing In-Person Screening Times and Virtual Availability
In-person screenings at BSDFF 2022 will take place February 18-27 at The Wilma, The Roxy, the ZACC and the Missoula Community Theater. Click below to peruse the daily in-person screening schedule by selecting a date from the drop down menu!
The online festival program will be available February 21 through March 3 in Big Sky's virtual cinema, Eventive. Short films will be available to stream on-demand for the full virtual run (2/21 - 3/3). Features will release in the virtual cinema the day after their in-person premiere and be available for a 4-day run. ANNOUNCING THE 2022 FILMS IN COMPETITION
The Big Sky Documentary Film Festival is proud to announce 44 films in competition at the 19th annual festival. A jury of filmmakers, programmers, critics and film professionals will select the winners in each of four categories, to be awarded at BSDFF on Thursday, February 24th in Missoula, Montana. Congratulations to all the finalists!
